🪷 One family, two apps

You may know us from MySakhi Radha Naam Jap Counter, the app for counting your naam jaap. Bhaav Sadhana does a different job. It begins with your feeling and ends when you feel a little lighter.

Many people will use both: MySakhi for daily jap, Bhaav Sadhana when the mind is restless, heavy or angry.

🌬️ How a session works

  1. Check in. Pick how you feel. Sakhi maps it to one of the five elements: Agni, Vayu, Prithvi, Jal or Akasha.
  2. Rate it. Say how heavy your mind feels before you begin.
  3. Practise. Sakhi suggests a breath, a meditation or both, chosen for that feeling.
  4. Read a verse. One Bhagavad Gita shloka, in Sanskrit with transliteration and meaning.
  5. Check again. Rate your mind once more and see the difference. Add a voice reflection if you like.
